What to Expect During Your Appointment
- Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your concerns, lifestyle, and expectations.
- Professional Fitting: Accurate measurements are taken to ensure the best fit.
- Personalized Recommendations: We’ll recommend the best bracing and/or compression products for your needs.
- Try It On Before You Buy: If we have the brace in stock, you can try it on in-store. (For hygienic reasons, trying on compression socks is not possible)
- Insurance Assistance: We can help with insurance questions and provide estimates for pre-approval.
How to Prepare
- Wear Appropriate Clothing: To easily check the area that’s bothering you, please wear or bring:
- Shorts (for knee and leg concerns)
- Short-sleeved T-shirt (for back, shoulder, arm or wrist concern)
- Socks (for ankle and foot concerns)
- Please do not rely on rolling up clothing, as this can compress the area being measured and result in an improper fit. If proper clothing is not available, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
- Bring Prescription: If your doctor has written a prescription or referral, bring it with you (hard copy or electronic copy).
