CONTRAIndications
In which cases shall a patient not use the device, or if only with consultation of a medical practitioner?
- Patients with implanted electronic devices (pace maker, pumps, etc.)
- Patients with cardiac dysrhythmia
- Patients with seizure disorder (epilepsy)
- Patients with skin irritations in the area of the electrode application
- Patients with malignant diseases (tumours, cancer) in the area of the application
- Patients who are pregnant. The use of TENS is permissible during childbirth.
