- Select “General Consultation”: Choose “General Consultation” to book an assessment for custom orthotics.
- Write “Foot Orthotics” under Additional Information: When asked what product or service you are interested in, type in “Foot Orthotics.” This helps us prepare for your appointment.
- Get Ready for Your Appointment:
- Bring your doctor’s prescription or referral (electronic or hard copy)
- Bring or wear the shoes you’ll use with the orthotics
- Bring any old orthotics you’ve used before
- Wear shorts or pants that can be rolled up above your knee
